We want you to love your Design Vaults jewellery. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:

All items must be unworn and undamaged;

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty

We are unable to accept returns of semi-precious gemstone jewellery on the basis of the gemstones including fractures in the stones.  All natural stones have unique inclusion and fractures

Chain / wire length within 0.5in of specified or customized length. Since all jewellery is hand-made, please allow some reasonable deviation from the specified or customized length.

We are unable to accept returns for tarnished products: over time all sterling silver jewellery will tarnish over time due to corrosion and oxidation by chemicals, (from skin, cosmetics, soap etc) and air.

Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Please note that Design Vaults cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.  Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty, (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

To arrange a return, please email [email protected] quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement, receipt of which must be acknowledged by Design Vaults before returning / posting. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Design Vaults packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection.

Please send items for return to: Design Vaults, 7 Cambridge Terrace, Bath, BA2 6BE, UK. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unacknowledged returns (see above) will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
