Design Vaults had a thoroughly enjoyable day with students from the Bath Spa University Photographic Degree. In their 3rd & final year the team expertly photographed the new Moonstruck range of earrings & necklaces. We learnt about lighting & how changeable it is – even when ‘nothing’ has changed(!), the fun (problems…) resin causes with reflections and used all manner of cards, pins & props to ensure consistent images.
The Moonstruck Collection from Design Vaults features 5 striking colour foils overlayed with silver, gold or copper leaf – the foils are set in sterling silver, 18ct gold vermeil or rose gold pendants in 2 layers of resin & hung on a sparkling, 18″ diamond cut belcher chain. Each pendant is this collection is handmade, by Design Vaults in our studio in Bath.
