Flamingo is an award winning design-led independent shop in Bath. Amanda Brown opened the brightly coloured shop in September 2015 as an outlet for her varied unique artwork of contemporary paintings on canvas, photographic art and cards. You will also find artwork and gifts by other local artists and designers on offer which have been chosen to compliment Amanda’s work and offer variety.
Amanda has found her ‘Destination’ tea towel range has proved very popular with locals and tourists alike which showcase local areas in Bath and Widcombe including the local rugby and football teams! She has also developed a unique way of turning your photos into art with her trademark resin artwork. Designing photos into a collage effect on raised blocks to give a 3D effect, Amanda covers the entire picture in resin to give it a high gloss finish. These are a perfect way to release your photos from an album or your computer to be displayed as a piece of art on your wall and make great gifts for special occasions.
